My dxterm menus (esp. the "customization" menu) do not conform to the
documentation.  I'm missing a couple of menu choices, such as icon name
and window title for example.  What must I do to add options to a
dxterm menu?

Or, should I forget dxterm altogether and go back to using xterm (which
I was quite comfortable with when I was using X11 on another machine)?
What are the preferences of the readers here?
