Lines: 14 I have the task of getting my PC connected to an old PUMA robot controller. The supervisory host connection uses a serial connection and the DDCMP protocol. I would appreciate a lead to an implementation of this protocol on a PC. Free or for cold cash doesn't matter. I just don't want to write some more communications code if I can avoid it. Also, where can I get a description of the protocol? Is it buried in some documentation from DEC or is there another reference available?
