My question is, is the factory preset controls for these two adjustments easy to get access to or do I have to visit my "trusty" NEC technical repair center, wait 8 months while some guy just turns some factory screws to fine tune an otherwise perfectly functioning monitor? Thanks for any insight. ...dale
