  I'm looking for either a program w/source for doing the uuencoding, or
a good doc somewhere for telling me the format.  I realize this may not
be the proper place to post, but if anyone knows where to find this, let
me know, please.  I'm referring to the encoding/decoding scheme that
codes an 8 bit file to 7 bits for posting or sending over the mail.  I've
gotten uudecode from the starter kit, but am looking for the encoding
