And, when are the superpowers including USA and Canada going to realize that the flow of information is not easily controllable in the modern free word. Or are all the telephone lines from Europe to all US and Canadian BBSes going to be cut or monitored. What are you going to do, when the version with encryption is distributed in Europe, as it is bound to. When SEA sued Phil, the symphaties of the community (mine included) were with Phil.
