   I don't think I have the same version of the Suntac EMS driver that you
have ... yours must be an EMS 4.0 driver if it uses that memory range.
Segments A000 and B000 are used by VGA boards, so you aren't allowed to put
EMS there.  However, if your computer works fine with other graphics
packages, then that isn't the problem.

   If that is what the problem is, then you'll have to modify the line in
your config.sys that says where the memory is to be mapped (don't ask me
how to do this, as I'm not using their EMS 4.0 driver).
