DECnet/DOS supports DDCMP, though the direct ("raw") interface to the DDCMP
routines is undocumented.

The protocol spec is a published document (no hairy restrictions on its
availability,
same as we do in general with DECnet specs).  The order number is AA-K175A-TK, 
"DNA Digital Data Communications Message Protocol (DDCMP) Functional
Specification".
