As far as pricing and prompt delivery is concerned they were very good. Then 2 faculty members purchased more systems and they've been happy ever since. But remember, you' ve got to ask for the dos manuals because they have dos installed on the H.D. and will "forget" all about them... The components in the system were Teac floppies (5 1/4 && 3 1/2), Seagate 251-1 Keytronics kbrd, Samsung monitor, all decent. As far as 486 systems from them are concerned, I have no experience.
