According to CNN tonight all but one charge in the Xerox vs Apple suit was
thrown out of court on Friday by the judge.  CNN says that even if Xerox wins
on the one remaining count, it "can't win a penny."  CNN also said that one of
the major weaknesses in the case was that Xerox waited almost 10 years to sue. 
CNN said that this outcome weakens Apple's case against Microsoft/HP.
