It will run on the Macintosh II, Macintosh SE/30, and Macintosh Portable. It has an SRP of 399.00. It comes complete with MS-DOS (3.3), GW Basic (3.0). Any program that will run on an XT will run on Soft PC. I hear tell that they are working on an AT version.
