I am looking for the shareware program called MyPageSetup, which was mentioned
in a previous posting to this group as providing a method to change the print
dialog box to include saving the PostScript output in a disk file instead of
sending it to the printer.  If anyone can tell me where I can find this package,
or can let me know of another way to accomplish this, please reply directly via
email.  (I would prefer a solution that allows specifying the name of the file
to be created, rather than predefining the output file name and location.)
