A problem with Appleshare Printer Server:

We are running  Appleshare File Server Version 2.0.1 and Appleshare 
Print Server Version 2.0 on a Mac II in a student lab.  I sent a file from 
MS Word to the printer specifying 10 copies in the laserwriter dialog 
box number of copies field.  Ten copies printed, along with a header. 
Then I submitted the same file with 16 copies requested.  Thirty-two 
copies printed, but no header.  The error listed in the log window on the
server was:  Error Cannot complete printing the job.  Status:  Flushed.
The same problem occurs with MS Works.

The jobs are submitted from a Mac SE running System 6.0 and Finder 
6.1.

Any thoughts?
