Pick up a copy of AmigaWorld sometime that it carries one of its many articles on Desktop Video, Video Production, or Animation and get ready for a shock. I, personally, get kind of embarrassed when I look at the articles and the adds for software/hardware versus those for the Mac. I love working with the Mac, all of them. I have, or have access to, every version of the Mac there has ever been. It is the greatest Productivity Machine a manager could ever have, I just wish it did as much for as little cost as the Amiga (for video editing and production). I intend to have two machines in my office at home: the Mac for DTP, scripting, general graphics, telecomm., etc. and an Amiga 2500 for video work. Now, for a small flame. I don't mind discussing the merits of Macs vs. Amigas, but comments about the people who read/write to various sigs can go in /dev/null. Obviously, I read and respond to both (and other) topic areas. -- Richard K.
