Lines: 16 I have been using a Mac SE with the original Apple 20 Meg drive (Miniscribe). (I bought it back in '88). Just this week I received a new La Cie 80 Meg Quantum drive. I am amazed at the speed difference between the two. Applications & documents load *much* faster, and Finder activities are also quickened by a lot. The new drive is also much quieter. If you are still using the original internal Apple HD with your SE, do yourself a favor. Get a newer, faster drive. It will make a world of difference. IMHO, of course. --bri -- Brian Kenney ...!uunet!hsi!kenney Health Systems International kenney@hsi.com
