No utilities recognize its existence. Message-ID: <1770@zipeecs.umich.edu> Date: 28 Mar 90 05:57:40 GMT Sender: news@zip.eecs.umich.edu Organization: University of Michigan Engineering, Ann Arbor Lines: 17 We have Mac II with 40M internal HD which we bought 3 years ago. Several days ago, when I turn on Mac as usual, ? sign came out, and I started up from floppy. The icon of HD did not show up. I tryed Disk First Aid, HD setup, SUM II, all failed to recognize the HD. I opened Mac II and checked the connections, and still it fails. I also listened to the sound coming from HD, and it is rotating, and when start up, the accessing sound comes from HD but that's all. Well, what else can I do about this? I even cannot recover some files? Any suggestion?
