I've almost always found that any question hard enough to stump me is also capable of stumping DTS. No answer is the most common response, then a request for clarification (which I give) followed by no further response. It's been a few years since they've been any help at all; the last time they were helpful was with regard to a documentation error with respect to socket listeners and protocol handlers (IM says to check a register for an error return; in fact, you are supposed to check the condition code).
