I'd like to use the high level file manager calls described in TN #218 that
take a dirID (specifically HOpen and HGetFinfo) but I'm using
Think Pascal 2.03 and they don't seem to be defined.  I've got
a deadline on this of Wednesday so I don't have time to upgrade to TP 3.0
which I'd guess has these calls defined.  Can someone (Rich?) send me
the interfaces for these calls?
