Hi,
	Does anyone know if there is a library available which contains
routines that can determine certain geometric properties of objects
(usually ellipses) which I provide in the form of bitmaps or regions?
It would make my life really easy if there was a library written in
assembly or C which could provide major and minor axis measurements as
well as size and shape information.  Thanks in advance,
