I would like to find the source, in C, for a simple DA that would
allow me to have a post-it note like facility (e.g. something that
would allow me to type into the window and have it remain displayed
even if I "multifinder" over to another application.  It would not
even have any menus or anything; just a "go away" box and perhaps
the ability to resize & scroll (but if not, then that's okay).

In essence, what I'm looking for is a useful skeleton of a text
oriented DA (it should use TextEdit if possible) that I can then
push around to make do what I want.

I'll be working within Think C 3.0 (or 4.0, if I need to finally get
around to updating) if that matters.
