The college is advertising for academicians who would like to take advantage of the technology. As a PC/VMS/unix user with some Pascal familiarity, I am interested in applying for one of these positions. But I know little about NeXT, living in a rural area not easily accessible to hardware representatives (I work at a branch campus, not downtown Pbgh). Could anyone take a moment to tell me what sort of technology NeXT can offer higher education (specifically in the areas of literature and composition)? I'd like to try to determine whether my present experience is in line with what this college may want. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
