There is no "gag order" at NeXT.  We simply have a policy to not discuss
future products, especially in open forums such as this.  Personally, the
main reason I rarely post is indeed because I am very busy --- and more
importantly, this newgroup has matured to the point where many others
can answer questions, and often do before I even read the original message.
