According to keyboard(7), "... a pressed key will begin auto-repeating
after 0.65 seconds and repeat 28 times per second."

The 28 times per second is not bad, just a little slow, but the 0.65
second delay is slooooooow. Is there any way to change it? If not,
consider this a plea for the next available software release.
