Keywords: Unix, timers Message-ID: <8750@bunny.GTE.COM> Date: 26 Mar 90 14:53:13 GMT Organization: GTE Laboratories, Inc., Waltham, MA Lines: 21 Hi there! I'm porting a BSD application to 386/ix. I have found that one of the two routines generally used in BSD to deal with process timers (getitimer) is missing, while the other (setitimer) is in libinet.a. Is this an omission by ISC, am I looking in the wrong place, or is this just not supported?. However, if it's not supported, why include setitimer then? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. -- Jose +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ + + + + Jose Pedro Diaz-Gonzalez + + + SrMTS + + + GTE Laboratories, Inc. + Tel: (617) 466-2584 + + MS-46 + email: jdiaz@gte.com + + 40 Sylvan Rd. + + + Waltham, MA 02254 + + + + + +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
