Subject: Is there anything in UNIX that is equivalent to SET HOST /x29 in  VMS?

I am using VMS command: "SET HOST <NUA number> /X29" which allows me to make
a connection to a distant host via X.25 network. Is the same thing possible
in UNIX? I am particularly interested in SunOS UNIX 4.0.3.
