We are in the process of reviewing the billing algorithms we use to 
charge for our VMS, Ultrix, and HP-UX systems.  If you charge users
real money to use your systems, please let me know what equation you use 
to calculate the charges.  I am especially interested in hearing from
sites that a) use PACS, ARSAP, or another chargeback system, b) have to
run their rates by outside auditors, and c) have had to equalize their
rates across different vendors' systems (IBM, Cray, etc.).
