Hello-

  A friend of mine has mentioned that there is a program called "notes"
which is a single (message) database mail system which allows restricted
access to certain individuals.  Has anyone heard of such a program? 
If you know the whereabouts of it (FTP), please send me the site name,
program name, and dir location.
