Does anybody out there have any experience of experiments
using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance techniques on living
plant tissue ?
The last reference on the subject that I can find is way back
in 1983 (Stidham et al. Plant Physiol., 73:517-520).
I am looking at ways of analysing the carbon physiology of
CAM plants native to the British Isles.
Anybody with any information on carbon-13 techniques, NMR
