  Hello,

     I am interested on knowing where is the best place to look
     for information on recent chips.  I am looking for very low 
     budget RISC microprocessors and video chips.

     Any references to a video chip would be nice if it did
     320x200x1(byte) with a 16bit array for palette (5 bit for each color).
