     I am offended by this periodic posting.  This has nothing to do with
comp.arch, and I am insulted by the implication that, were it not for 
Eugene Miya, there would be no order on the net.  The vast majority of
readers are more than capable of conducting themselves in an orderly
fashion.  I would suggest that the occasional aberrant poster be dealt with
on an individual basis.

     I don't recall having an election for the network etiquette monitor.
We can do without these postings.
