The Borland BGI toolkit is available via anonymous ftp from SIMTEL20.ARPA.
It is located in the pd1:<msdos.borland> directory.

Along with containing information on creating BGI drivers, it also includes
a stroked font editor (requires EGA or higher and a mouse).
