They are in three files: bsdfix.14,bsdfix.15,bsdfix.16. These are the exact fixes as released by UCB. I installed them long ago and they work just wonderfully. The file V1.33 in the same directory explains how to install these fixes. Also in the directory is bsdfix.18, which makes a minor patch to ctime. Is this needed? I don't know with hc. But I did apply it. Also in the directory is bsdfix.13, which is a quick and dirty hack to ctime to "fix the 1987 DST problem". I think this is just a simpler but less versatile fix to the DST problem. Does it do any good for 1990? I have no idea. I wouldn't (and didn't) bet on it. Skip this and apply 14, 15, and 16 instead.
