Oops, I had things a little wrong.  The file is 
	pub/ISISV20-DOC.dvi.Z
and the source/man pages is 
	pub/ISISV20.TAR.Z

To reiterate, this is a beta release and we have a set of
beta sites already using it; I am not interested in hearing
from other users just yet... (soon, though!)

I also brought the archive of comp.sys.isis up to date.
The files are
	comp.sys.isis/000-099.TAR.Z
	comp.sys.isis/100-199.TAR.Z
	comp.sys.isis/200-265.TAR.Z
