Version 1.0.1 of the Microsoft/3Com NDIS spec is available for anonymous FTP from vax.ftp.com (128.127.2.100) in pub/ndis-max.v101.txt. This is not the latest version, however: Version 2 has been circulated, with major additions in functionality, and I have reviewed a draft of v2.0.1. I don't know of any place you can get these later versions machine-readable, except perhaps via Microsoft or 3Com. -- James B.
