What is the time lag between seeing a file listed in the "Recent msdos 
uploads to SIMTEL20" posting and it being available through a TRICKLE server 
in Europe? Several times now I've tried immediately requesting a file only
to be told it's not available. (I use TRICKLE@AWIWUW11)
