I would use it primarily for graphing the results of my chemistry and physics laboratory experiments. I'd like auto-scaling, distinct plotted points, and possibly error bars. Least-squares linear fit would be nice too, but not necessary. Ease of use is my primary criteria - I don't want to have to fight with it to get out a simple graph. It has to be able to output to a printer, preferably a laser printer, although an epson would be OK. Has anyone found a shareware/freeware program that does some or all of this well? Where?
