I am looking for the 'best' relational database package which 
allows me to move from one system to another system (DOS, LAN, 
UNIX, XENIX etc) without modifying the source code.
I heard that either Informix or Oracle will be a good choice.
Any advice or suggestion ?
It would be nicer if any of those DBMS provides a compiler.
