Hi Netters!!
 I will like to know if anyone in the net land has developed code 
 for implementing an algorithm for decomposition of a relation 
 proposed by Zaniolo & Melkanoff in their research paper 
 "On the design of Relational Database". 
 i.e. decomposing a relation to fourth Normalization form.
 Or if anyone has worked on developing code for implementing any algorithm
 for decomposing a relation.

 I will highly appreciate if he/she who has worked in this area can share 
 their code and experience.
