I have a similar problem.  Somebody here had a 3c503 board
in her PC, but it wasn't screwed down, and somehow she managed
to push the board sideways enough to contact another board,
and POW!.  SO I'd like to try to fix the board, but not
have to pay big bucks.  I guess there aren't much chances
of getting any schematics, eh?
