I need to convert .PCX images and small pieces of such to
direct video images to use with Borland's BGI.
I have Poskanzer's great PBM package, but cannot see how
the .PCX images are coded, nor the full information in the
header.

If anyone knows the format of PCX images or subsets thereof, please
send a copy to me. 

Many people have done this, of course; if anyone
can spare a turbo-C PCX-to-BGI routine, I would be most grateful.
