Are you familiarwith the final cuurent status of ACR-NEMA? Are you familiar with image formats from Philips, Siemens, Diasonics, GE, et al? You are undertaking a slightly monumental task, but one that may be quite useful to some people. Please define some specific questions, and maybe I can help.
