I am interested in a flexible tester for large VLSI chips.
DC testing is not sufficient -- at the minimum, the tester
should be capable of operation at 10 MHz.
Cost is an important factor . . .

What is currently available on the market in this area ?
I would be particularly interested in comments from
people who are using such testers.
