I have heard that it is possible to post articles on USENET by using
Mail gateways. I have USENET posting privileges but a friend on
another system does not have USENET posting privileges. However, he
can send e-mail to INTERNET hosts.
I would be grateful if someone could send me a short file (via e-mail)
explaining how one can post to USENET by using e-mail.
