I'm posting this for a friend without net access. He wishes to locate the authorof an article "An algorithm for suffix stripping" which appeared in a journal
called Program, vol.14:3 (Jul '80). The author's name is M.F.Porter, and at the
time he was located at Cambridge. Any help in locating him, or suggestions re:
how to find him, would be appreciated. I'll forward all responses.
