Over in comp.sources.unix the p2c pascal to C translator has been posted.
I've had a look at this, and it looks really good. A port to minix should be
quite easy. Coupled with CJW's c68 compiler it would make a quite neat
Pascal compiler. However, I don't think p2c would be much good on a PC - the
text segment on the Sun 3/50 is ~300K!
