Collins CO 80523 Lines: 18 I've been trying to install Word 5.0 on my OS/2 1.2 SE system I haven't been able to get it to install successfully. After all files are copied, when I try to fire up WORD I get errors that it cannot complete loading the application in OS/2 In the DOS box, WORD prompts me to insert the PROGRAM 2 diskette into the A: drive (obviously, this is the reason that OS/2 cannot complete loading). The problem seems to be that Word's SETUP is not recognizing that I'm installing this on an OS/2 system. As an aside, SETUP assumes that installation is from the A: drive. I have a 3.5" A: and 5.25" diskettes, and just copied all the files from one medium to the other so I could install the *** program. Anyone recognize this problem and know how to solve it? I'm not convinced that just changing my 5.25 back to A: for the period of the installation is going to help. files
