Is there any certification testing supported by the IAB or other Internet
body for SNMP agents and managers?  From what I've heard thus far it
sounds like most vendors "certify" their SNMP implementations through
selected interoperability testing, trips to INTEROP, or a special     
Connectathon sponsored by numerous companies.
