The current one I have is v4.0, but inside the source code appeared 2.2. Anyway could anybody tell me what upgrade/features Sun has incorporated to v4.0 compared to v1.0. So far I only knew that Sun has added re-try RPC and trans id (on UDP) in order to achieve at-most-once semantics and DES authentication in RPC v4.0 Any helps are appreciated...
