Does anyone know where I might get (e.g., FTP) a compiled (binary) of
dvitolp (or any working TeX dvi to HP LaserJet program).  I appear to
have all the other stuff I need, but lack a way to get it to my HP
LaserJet IIP and don't have a working MSC (or other) compiler to make
dvitolp from the sources I received.
