I have had the HardFrame running for well over a year now and I have 2 drives connected to it! They are both CDC Wren III drives (16 ms with 32K data buffers), If you are using slow or cheaper drives, then this might be a problem. Using a fast, high quality and high capacity drive, there is NO problem that I have seen (with the exception of not CURRENTLY supporting SCSI Tape)!
