I did. I sent a registered letter to 85 West Wilmot Street Unit #10, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 1K7, with no response. I wrote a letter to Mr. Antony (T-Bag) Jacobson at Crufty Publishing. The letter was even polite, since it was just after the last mailing. no response. I let it slide for a while, and then called the bank. They were most helpful, even though 90 days had gone by since Crufty had 'cashed' the mastercharge thingy. A followup letter and two weeks were all that were required for the full amount to be returned to my account, pending any complaints by the T-bags. So give it a try. Why is it that banks can do this so easily ? I mean two weeks is not enough time to even get the lawyers back from lunch. That's sort of scary, considering they'd probably do the reverse, if the spirit moved them. -- -Frank Cunningham smart: fc@lexicon.com phone: (617) 891-6790 dumb: {husc6,linus,harvard,bbn}!spdcc!lexicon!fc snail: Lexicon Inc. 100 Beaver St. Waltham MA 02174 Why are viola jokes so short ? So violinists can remember them.
